City Council Delays Vote

Oakland City Council puts off vote on an adoption of a motion to consolidate walk-in citizen complaints against the police at the Citizens' Police Review Board (CPRB) and close the Internal Affairs Division's (lAD) office from receiving walk-in complaints. The motion will be on the May 5, 2015 agenda.
